Track Description:
This program is one of the programs under the Mu’adh Bin Jabal Project. It covers various tracks related to the jurisprudence of acts of worship (Fiqh al-‘Ibadat) and transactions using a unique academic approach based on question-and-answer methodology.
Track objectives:
- General understanding of the topics of jurisprudence of acts of worship (purification, prayer, fasting, almsgiving, pilgrimage) and transactions.
- Building a jurisprudential foundation that enables the student to worship Allah with insight.
- Familiarization with the issues of halal (permissible) and haram (forbidden) that students may encounter.
- Establishing a basic grounding in the science of jurisprudence.
Key learning Outcomes:
- Recognizing the importance of jurisprudence and jurists in Islamic thought.
- Understanding the essential issues and concepts of jurisprudence of acts of worship that students need.
- Grasping the fundamentals of jurisprudential and methodological concepts (pillars, conditions, obligations, recommended acts).
- Exploring various applications of jurisprudential issues.
- Empowering the role of Islamic jurisprudence in daily life.
- Distinguishing between different jurisprudential issues and knowing how to deal with them.
