Track Description:

It is one of the tracks of the Muadh bin Jabal project. This track deals with a number of stops related to the topic of fasting, its conditions, pillars, Sunnah’s, invalidations, and related issues in the jurisprudence of fasting in a unique academic style and a solid scientific methodology based on the idea of question and answer.

Track objectives:

  • The general perception of the chapter on the jurisprudence of fasting and its most important issues.
  • Building a jurisprudential foundation through which the student can perform the ritual of fasting in a legal manner.
  • Identifying the most important issues that the student needs during the month of Ramadan.
  • Creating an initial foundational step in the various chapters of the jurisprudence of fasting and linking them to the student’s reality.

Key learning Outcomes:

  • An enumeration of the conditions, pillars, Sunnah’s, matters that are disliked, and those that invalidate fasting.
  • Understanding the centrality of fasting and its relationship to piety and knowing the virtues of the blessed month.
  • Review the most important contemporary breakers of fasting.
  • The ability to answer the most important legal issues related to the jurisprudence of fasting.

Key Questions Addressed by the track:

  • What is the importance of fasting and what is the danger of neglecting it?
  • How can I get closer to Allah the Exalted by abstaining from different types of matters that break the fasting?
  • What are the most important jurisprudential issues of fasting that every Muslim must know?
  • What are the religious rituals related to the holy month of Ramadan?

Attendance Policy:

1- Attendance is mandatory.
2- If the student’s absence reaches 30%, they may be excluded from the program unless they provide an approved excuse by the administration.

Ustadh Mohammed Al-Atoli is a dedicated Imam and educator with extensive experience in leading prayers, delivering Friday sermons, and teaching Islamic studies. He has been actively involved in religious instruction, offering lectures on Fiqh, Tafsir, Hadith, and ethics in both Arabic and English. Passionate about Quranic education, he has specialized in Quran memorization and correction, particularly for non-Arabic speakers. Holding multiple Ijazahs in Quranic recitations, he plays a key role in spreading authentic Islamic teachings. Additionally, he serves as a committee member in various religious and educational institutions, contributing to the development of Islamic scholarship.

The program is designed for young boys aged 11 to 16 years old.

The program takes place every Thursday for one month, with a total of 4 sessions.

The program is conducted at wahat al wasl masjidn – muhaisanah 4.

Location

Attendance is mandatory for all participants. If the student’s absence reaches 30%, they may be excluded from the program.

Transportation is not available.

After each lesson, there will be a short test, and at the end of the lessons, students will be evaluated with a set of questions. Further details will be explained by the teacher in the classroom.

The program will consist of structured lessons designed with a direct question-and-answer approach. We will also use simple language to clarify and summarize ideas, making it easy for students in the age group to understand.
